NEGRINI GROUP is a set of companies created by the criminal lawyer Pedro Paulo Negrini, the owner of NEGRINI ADVOGADOS ASSOCIADOS since 1962. The companies in the GROUP started to operate in 1978, when Pedro Paulo Negrini realized that companies who fell victim to crime and abuse of power were in serious need of support from organizations working in evidence collection as well as in the execution of measures to inhibit, repress and prevent against such hostile activities.

The first company in the GROUP had as its main objective to render services investigating and auditing such crimes, and, as an outcome, it produced a database with results of all its activities enabling application of cross-reference information.

Insurance companies became major clients of the organization due to the fact that they are often victims of fraud. Part of this fraud happens in the medical area, which is the reason for the company to allocate one of its sectors to specialized knowledge in medical issues, and start to perform, to a great extent and nationwide, medical investigations and analysis of medical and hospital charges and procedures.

Also within the control activities area, the GROUP set up a company to manage patrimonial risks and to track and monitor assets.

After implementing services related to the control area, NEGRINI GROUP went on to execute task management.

A company of information technology was created followed by the development of specific systems to give support to health insurance companies.

Next, companies that manage chronicle diseases and operate regulation in the areas of private health insurance, life insurance claims and civil responsibility, including that of physical damage associated to public transportation, joined the GROUP.
